Soft & Strength is this month's theme as we dive into a soft morning routine, consistent strength training, delightful self love treats & an easy evening wind down. We all love to complete as much as we can in a day but how you start your day is everything! In this challenge we push you to have a solid morning routine in which you are held accountable for no screen time until you've finished your morning routine. The same goes for evening, we are shutting off our devices and taking a solid hour to wind down with presence. And we are cultivating an easy structure for strength training with balanced cardio. No gym membership is required but you will need dumbbells, a yoga mat and an option of a rebounder, tredmil (or a steep hill nearby), jumprope or resistance bands.
We believe that consistent results are made with a balance of both a soft & strong touch. Knowing when to ease up or when to push forward. In these times that we are living in having a consistent routine is one of the most meaningful things you can do for yourself.
